In this important role, you will manage automation and maintenance processes in a leading dairy processor. Responsibilities include supervising operations and coordinating with engineering to improve systems. Your success will be measured by the efficiency of maintenance plans and automation software implementation and function. Training plant staff and maintaining accurate records will also be key parts of your day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily maintenance operations and automation projects
• Troubleshoot and diagnose automation systems




• Collaborate on design and programming with corporate engineering
• Supervise compliance with quality and safety standards
• Establish controls with OT/IT for maintenance needs

Requirements:
• 5 years in automation/controls, preferably food industry
• Strong knowledge of PLC and software programming
• Certified electrician or instrumentation experience an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong self-motivation and initiative required
