As part of the onshore Engineering group at Aker Solutions, you will engage in designing electrical and instrumentation systems. The role offers opportunities to work with multi-disciplined teams, assisting in drawing preparations and tackling field engineering challenges. Robust communication and design skills, combined with relevant experience, are critical for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and document electrical/instrumentation engineering drawings
• Work with technical teams to troubleshoot design issues
• Assist in the development of design packages
• Calculate bills of materials following established criteria
• Create detailed diagrams and instrument deliverables
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or equivalent educational background
• 5-10 years of engineering design experience
• Knowledge of relevant design regulations
• Familiarity with instrumentation design practices
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design programs
