Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight on water and wastewater treatment systems
• Mentor junior operators through direct support
• Monitor and adjust treatment processes as needed




• Conduct site inspections for operational integrity
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant operational experience
• Demonstrated ability in monitoring and maintaining facilities
• Strong grasp of regulatory compliance requirements
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Valid Ontario Drinking Water Operator Certification
