Lead rigging operations for ENCORE in diverse venues as a Rigging Manager. Ensure safety compliance, team development, and productive rigging event execution in your region.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of rigging management, including scheduling labor and supervising the rigging team. You will collaborate closely with the Area Manager, Rigging, to mentor Rigging Coordinators and Riggers, ensuring adherence to operating procedures. Your expertise will also include field assessments and load calculations for safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Rigging Coordinators and Riggers
• Conduct load calculations and approve working load limits




• Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate scheduling for labor and equipment during events
• Assist in leading cross-functional team activities

Requirements:
• 4+ years of rigging experience in entertainment or production
• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ Riggers
• ETCP certification preferred
• CAD software experience required
• 50% travel availability needed
