Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift donors
• Identify recent prospects through research and creative networking
• Build lasting donor relationships that promote growth




• Develop comprehensive proposals and support campaign strategy
• Implement stewardship strategies through tailored events

Requirements:
• University degree or relevant experience in fundraising
• Minimum four years managing major gift relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and donor databases, Tessitura preferred
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel
