Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment for specialized roles in semiconductor and AI
• Oversee interview scheduling and candidate management in Greenhouse




• Conduct initial phone screenings for fit assessment
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for effective talent sourcing
• Ensure an outstanding onboarding experience for new hires

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of recruiting or HR experience in the semiconductor field
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor organization structures
• Proven experience in recruiting technical positions
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication skills and candidate experience focus
