Elevate The Beer Store's supply chain as a Strategic Fulfillment Manager in Bolton, Ontario. Spearhead supplier partnerships and optimize our fulfillment planning processes.

This permanent, full time role reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning. You will take charge of shaping S&OP; strategies and strengthen supply chain operations while ensuring readiness and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and enhance performance across our network.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead S&OP; processes for supplier partnership alignment
• Set the fulfillment strategy to improve service levels
• Develop key supplier relationships for trust and accountability




• Optimize network-wide operational efficiencies
• Implement inventory management and risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:
• 8 or more years in supply chain leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
• Supply chain certification (preferred)
• Proven skills in customer-facing planning tools
• Strong persuasive communication and leadership abilities
