Ensure high-quality dining experiences at Southbridge Owen Sound as a Food Service Supervisor. This part time role combines leadership training with direct involvement in food service operations.

As a critical member of Southbridge Care Homes, you will report to the Executive Director and oversee all aspects of food services. Your mission is to ensure residents receive nourishing meals tailored to their dietary requirements. You will implement quality standards and supervise dietary staff while adhering to health regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead dietary services planning and organization
• Supervise and train food service staff members
• Ensure compliance with health regulations in food areas




• Maintain records according to organizational policies
• Interact with families regarding dietary needs

Requirements:
• Membership with Canadian Society of Nutritional Management
• Prior supervisory experience in a unionized workplace
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety standards
• Completion of the vulnerable sector check required
