This pivotal role will combine on-court instruction with overseeing program operations for junior players. You will spearhead the development of the junior curriculum and ensure effective communication with players and parents regarding their progression. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop age-appropriate junior tennis curriculum
• Assess and track junior player placements
• Build positive relationships with families and staff
• Coordinate events and tournaments for junior players
• Provide mentorship and feedback to coaching staff
Requirements:
• Required: Tennis Canada Club Skilled 2 certification
• Proven coaching experience with junior players is essential
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Understanding of ROGY development and tennis pathways
• Preferred experience with GameTime or similar systems
