Key Responsibilities:
• Complete nutritional assessments for all residents
• Develop and monitor individualized diet plans
• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager on resident needs




• Review and approve seasonal menus for nutritional balance
• Promote nutrition education among residents and families

Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian with College of Dieticians membership
• Experience in long-term care setting (3-5 years preferred)
• Knowledgeable in RAI MDS 2.0 and nutritional software
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Focused on customer service and teamwork
