In this essential role, the Maintenance Technician reports to the Facility Manager and plays a vital part in maintaining our 36 properties across Calgary. Your responsibilities include performing emergency maintenance, executing preventative schedules, and preparing units for current residents. Attention to detail and technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems will be crucial for the successful functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks




• Inspect and troubleshoot building systems
• Repair defective parts safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas
• Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring readiness

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of building maintenance experience
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Experience with maintenance software, like Yardi
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
