Cobalt Safety is in search of a knowledgeable Health and Safety Consultant with a minimum of 3-5 years in safety and project site management. You will coordinate safety programs, perform detailed inspections, and lead incident investigations, ensuring adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential as you engage with diverse stakeholders and coordinate contractor compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute safety audits and workplace compliance assessments
• Lead minor incident investigations and corrective planning




• Develop safety training materials and documentation
• Monitor performance indicators and pursue improvement initiatives
• Provide emergency coverage and support services

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in safety and project site management
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Valid Driver's License for site visits
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
