This pivotal role includes leading crew efforts, mentoring recent hires, and managing site activities with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. You will also be involved in various landscape tasks, ensuring every project meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Crew Leader in project management
• Mentor new team members through hands-on training
• Assist in hardscape and softscape installations
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely
• Ensure job sites are clean and compliant with safety measures

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the field
• In-depth knowledge of landscape materials and installation
• Skilled in operating construction machinery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Initiative and ability to lead by example
