You will engage in various maintenance activities like plumbing, electrical repairs, and more, prioritizing tasks as per the Home's needs. Ensuring compliance with safety standards is a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of the building
• Prioritize tasks based on Home requirements
• Maintain logs and records of performed work
• Monitor for safety issues and take appropriate action
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of building and fire codes in long-term care
• Availability for emergency call-ins
• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check
• Updated TB 2 Step within the last year
