Lookout Housing and Health Society seeks an Outreach Worker who can demonstrate effective crisis intervention skills and a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and skills training for client independence
• Assess and strategize solutions for client issues




• Ensure clients meet their basic needs through networking
• Maintain documentation and create statistical records
• Uphold health and safety standards in all duties

Requirements:
• Relevant Diploma or equivalent combination of experience
• Experience in case management, minimum one year
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certification
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence is required
• Clearance for Vulnerable Sector required
