Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this contract role focuses on developing and maintaining quality assurance systems and practices. As a key contributor, you'll conduct inspections, manage quality deviations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, while performing essential microbiological tests. Your role will significantly impact product quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily evaluations of raw materials and products
• Monitor Positive Manufacturing Practices to ensure compliance
• Conduct routine microbiological tests and prepare reports




• Track corrective actions for quality deviations
• Assist with sample collection for R&D; initiatives

Requirements:
• Diploma in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or related field
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
• Capable of both independent and team work
