Ignite change and empower Black youth as a Workshop Facilitator with YMCA of Greater Toronto. This role is dedicated to developing and leading engaging mentoring sessions in Scarborough's Black Achievers initiative.

Your focus will be on creating impactful learning experiences and building successful mentor-mentee relationships, driving youth engagement. This role encourages collaboration and showcases the importance of community and professional roles in academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver workshop content
• Engage youth and mentors during sessions
• Maintain accurate attendance and documentation
• Assist with program outreach and communication




• Work collaboratively with team members on participant outcomes

Requirements:
• Preferred university degree or college diploma
• At least two years of relevant facilitation experience
• Solid organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with education system and community resources
• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion

Contribute to the academic and personal growth of Black youth by facilitating transformative workshops and engaging in community outreach through YMCA programs.
