In this role, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will have a hands-on approach to manage and coordinate a diverse team. Your leadership will ensure all guest rooms and common areas meet the highest cleanliness standards while resolving any guest complaints. Previous hotel housekeeping experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct housekeeping staff and manage daily operations
• Conduct inspections ensuring standards and safety guidelines




• Resolve guest complaints and exceed expectations
• Train and onboard new housekeeping team members
• Liaise with maintenance for property upkeep

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in hotel housekeeping management
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality is a plus
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and professionalism
• Flexible availability, including weekends
