In this role, the Junior Group Benefits Consultant will manage client relationships while assisting with group benefits plan administration. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and presenting annual renewal and claims reports. Maintaining thorough knowledge of service offerings is essential for ensuring client satisfaction and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a block of clients to improve service levels
• Provide answers for inquiries and resolve complaints




• Present annual renewal and claims experience to clients
• Educate clients on their benefits and available services
• Negotiate favorable terms with Insurance Carriers

Requirements:
• 5 years minimum experience in group insurance
• Completion of Secondary School; GBA/CEBS is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in relevant software applications
• Knowledge of RFP processes an asset
