This key role reports to the Senior Manager of Project Controls and focuses on integrating project schedules for major construction initiatives. You will leverage your deep understanding of planning practices to provide technical leadership and guide Scheduling teams across the organization. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential to achieving program objectives and ensuring effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate project plans into a master schedule
• Develop strategies for schedule risk management
• Lead workshops for validating scheduling assumptions




• Monitor program progress and report on critical milestones
• Coach teams in planning and scheduling excellence

Requirements:
• At least 10 years’ experience in program management
• Proven success in large-scale project scheduling
• Expertise in performance monitoring and variance management
• Familiarity with scheduling software
• Robust communication and problem-solving abilities
