Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience in a Total Rewards environment
• Certification as a Compensation Qualified or similar preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Preferred experience in complex multi-site organizations
