Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Process Specialist to support a critical data transformation initiative within the Supply Chain organization. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, consolidating, and streamlining hundreds of Excel-based product data files while helping align data structures to the company's Keystone hierarchy and future-state processes.
The ideal candidate is an advanced Excel user who thrives in complex data environments, enjoys solving process challenges, and can identify similarities, inconsistencies, and opportunities for standardization across large datasets. This role requires someone who can work independently, ask thoughtful questions, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Review and analyze hundreds of supply chain and product data files across multiple sources.
Compare datasets to identify similarities, differences, gaps, and opportunities for standardization.
Clean, organize, and transform large volumes of data within Excel.
Assess how existing supply chain data aligns with Keystone hierarchy requirements and future-state business processes.
Develop efficiencies and streamlined processes for managing product and supply chain data.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and communicate findings.
Document recommendations and support implementation of improved data management practices.
Proactively identify issues, ask questions, and drive continuous process improvements.

Skills and Requirements Advanced Excel Expertise
Expert-level Excel skills, including handling large datasets, complex formulas, data manipulation, analysis, and process automation.




Ability to efficiently process and consolidate hundreds of files.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement Experience
Strong experience analyzing, cleansing, validating, and organizing large data sets.
Ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
Supply Chain Experience
Previous experience working with supply chain, product data, inventory, merchandising, or related business functions.
Understanding of how product data supports operational processes.
Strong Analytical Thinking
Ability to assess current-state data structures and map them into recent frameworks or hierarchies.
Comfortable working through ambiguity and solving complex data challenges.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Ability to communicate findings and business impacts to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Confident working independently and collaborating across teams. Previous experience in the apparel, retail, or consumer products industry.
Experience working at lululemon.
Business Analyst experience with process mapping and business process improvement.
Experience supporting large-scale data transformation or system implementation projects.
Knowledge of product hierarchy, master data management, or supply chain data governance.
Strong curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo by asking questions and proposing improvements.
Experience creating scalable processes that improve operational efficiency.
