As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Finance Manager, focusing on sales and margin analysis to support Milwaukee’s growth. Your analytical expertise will influence strategic decision-making across the organization, ensuring timely reporting and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform sales and margin forecasting analyses
• Manage P&L; analysis and financial recommendations
• Collaborate across departments regarding financial reporting
• Support and manage accrual processes monthly and yearly
• Assist with budgeting and template updates

Requirements:
• Education in accounting or a related area
• At least 3 years in finance or accounting
• CPA certification or nearing completion
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Advanced in Excel and Power BI
