This position combines data management with hands-on support to the Credentialing Office, helping to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor gateway supply chain performance across various transportation systems
• Collect and validate performance data for reporting purposes
• Assist in the development of performance dashboards and analytics




• Prepare regular performance insights and reports
• Provide oversight for Credentialing Office operations and inquiries

Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in a related discipline
• Minimum three years in relevant performance reporting roles
• Proven ability to leverage data and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence with ability to gain security clearance
