Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and adjust business strategies based on market analysis
• Set and meet revenue targets across diverse sectors
• Foster relationships in both core and emerging markets




• Manage the complete pipeline from outreach to close
• Ensure accurate and timely proposal development

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in business or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years in business development or nonprofit field
• Proven track record in contract and revenue growth
• Solid analytical capabilities and Excel/CRM proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership
