Your leadership will help maintain the Resort’s image and guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily hotel operations and guest interactions
• Support and enforce guest service best practices




• Approve departmental schedules in line with operational needs
• Maintain meticulous documentation and payroll accuracy
• Liaise with maintenance and HR for staff development

Requirements:
• 2-3 years' experience in hotel management essential
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and PMS systems
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Dependable, punctual, and qualified demeanor required
