This position requires you to exemplify the David’s Bridal standard in all fittings and alterations, reporting to the Store Manager. You will be responsible for providing a stellar customer experience, helping brides find their perfect fit while managing multiple customer interactions smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform fittings and alterations with precision
• Assist in educating customers about alteration services
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the alterations room
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly
• Support team objectives by contributing to customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, especially apparel
• Previous sewing skills essential, particularly in bridal
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage
• Solid communication and customer engagement skills
