As the HSE Coordinator, you’ll contribute significantly to maintaining safety standards and compliance at construction sites. You will conduct inspections, lead safety committee meetings, and ensure that all employees have the knowledge and resources to adhere to health and safety regulations. Your prominent role in developing emergency response plans will be critical to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Joint Health & Safety Committee activities
• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks




• Develop and implement emergency response strategies
• Provide essential safety training to staff
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports

Requirements:
• NCSO or equivalent health and safety qualification
• 2–5 years of relevant construction safety experience
• Knowledge of Ontario safety legislation
• Solid communication skills and organizational ability
• Valid driver’s license and quick access to a vehicle
