Support neurodiverse adults at Peaceful Hearts Studio as a Support Worker. This fulfilling role requires solid communication, exceptional patience, and a collaborative spirit.

As a part of the Peaceful Hearts team, your primary focus will be nurturing the growth and independence of adults with special needs. You'll engage clients through creative activities while addressing their daily living and personal care needs. Your work will be critical in promoting emotional and psychological well-being, ensuring each individual feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with personal care and hygiene
• Help with toileting, feeding, and transferring tasks
• Lead fun and creative program activities
• Document and relay client information effectively
• Ensure adherence to community policies and procedures

Requirements:
• DSW, SSW, or PSW certification required
• 1-2 years working with individuals with disabilities
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Clean G2 driver’s license
• CPR certification
