Drive positive youth engagement in Charlottetown as the Youth Engagement Director with BGC Charlottetown. This role focuses on creative programming for ages 12-18.

You will supervise and manage youth initiatives, ensuring programs are engaging and impactful while maintaining a safe environment. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role involves comprehensive support of programming, effective communication with participants, families, and community partners. You will work to foster essential life skills while overseeing various activities enriched with creativity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engaging daily programs and activities
• Manage program budgets and resource allocations
• Support and guide a team of program leaders




• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved
• Monitor and ensure participant safety during activities

Requirements:
• Must hold or acquire First Aid & CPR certification
• Criminal reference check required within 6 months
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum age requirement of 21
• Experience with youth programs is advantageous
