As an HR Generalist, you will report to our Director of Human Resources and work collaboratively with the HR team. The role necessitates a proactive approach and at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and compliance with employment legislation. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure accurate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for administrative roles
• Develop and conduct recent hire orientation sessions
• Manage off-boarding processes with precision




• Support performance evaluations and compilation of reports
• Drive employee engagement through various recognition programs

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
• Over 5 years of HR experience focusing on recruitment
• Solid understanding of Ontario employment legislation
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Office 365
• CHRP or CHRL certification in progress preferred
