You will focus on compliance inspections, fostering a culture of safety, and supporting various turnaround operations. Working predominantly in the field, your responsibility includes mentoring team members and performing safety audits, making sure operations run smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and protocols
• Conduct comprehensive site inspections and compliance audits
• Coach teams on safety performance enhancement
• Facilitate safety meetings on key safety topics
• Establish and nurture positive client relationships

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Health and Safety
• NCSO certification required
• Class 5 driver's license mandated
