Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier patient/customer service through NECE
• Conduct all services per established Clinical Protocols
• Build and maintain Doctor/Patient trust relationships
• Coach and mentor Associate Doctors effectively
• Facilitate smooth transitions from doctors to sales associates

Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry qualification required
• In-depth knowledge of Optometric technology and care
• Developed communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Dedication to promoting a harmonious workplace
