Enhance Indigenous health as an Engagement Connector at London’s HART Hub. Support clients in overcoming barriers in health and housing through a culturally sensitive approach.

This contract position provides vital services to Indigenous individuals navigating complex systems related to addiction and mental health. You will collaborate closely with various Indigenous communities to ensure that cultural considerations guide client care. Your role is essential in facilitating the connection to holistic resources focused on recovery and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary contact for Indigenous clients in need
• Link clients to housing and healthcare resources
• Facilitate culturally-informed service access and plans




• Collaborate with mental health and addiction specialists
• Advocate for the unique needs of Indigenous populations

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields with experience
• 2+ years in addiction or mental health support
• Valid G2 Driver’s License for client transport
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Ability to understand Indigenous systemic barriers
