Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings
• Collaborate on individualized care plans with families
• Coordinate tasks among support staff effectively




• Teach patients and families about care plans
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Registered Nurse status with BCCNM
• Completion of Fraser Health's ABI course mandated
• Strong skills in teaching and patient advocacy
• Ability to engage in team collaboration
