As a part of the multidisciplinary approach, you will evaluate and intervene using modern techniques tailored to young individuals facing various challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Facilitate life skills training in group and individual settings
• Support crisis management and diffuse challenging behaviors




• Collaborate with other professionals in therapeutic programs
• Develop effective management plans for psychiatric disorders

Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Work and OACYC membership
• First Aid and CPR certification, Health Care Provider level
• Experience working with emotionally disturbed youth
• Familiarity with psychiatric treatments including CBT and DBT
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
