Shape community events as a Recreation Leader at the Golf Burnaby Golf Courses. This position requires leading various cultural and recreational programs, especially during evening hours.
In collaboration with the Golf - Operations team, you will execute individual program plans while ensuring the golf course operates smoothly during your shifts. You’ll be responsible for organizing golf lessons, tournaments, and group activities. Additionally, your role includes training part-time staff and maintaining vital records related to program execution and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and lead diverse recreational programs
• Manage security and operations during evening shifts
• Collaborate with community groups to enhance participation




• Recruit and instruct volunteer and part time staff
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and facility regulations
Requirements:
• Two-year program completion or golf industry credential
• Recent experience with golf facility management
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License
• Competence in organizing and leading programs
• Familiarity with first aid protocols preferred
