Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate monthly financial consolidation and closing
• Prepare necessary analyses for financial statement disclosures




• Liaise with portfolio companies for financial processes
• Scrutinize quarterly accounting reports for consistency
• Facilitate integration of new acquisitions into the framework

Requirements:
• CPA designation from CPA Canada or CPA US
• 3-5 years of related financial experience
• Strong Excel skills and financial systems knowledge
• Proficient in USGAAP regulations
• Familiarity with OneStream is advantageous
