Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive estimates for construction projects
• Lead hard bid pursuits and analyze bids

• Review drawings and design documents thoroughly
• Maintain project cost databases for future reference
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Estimator
• Relevant degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Solid understanding of construction methods and standards
• Technical proficiency in estimating software
• Experience with ICI facility estimating from $10M to $300M
