Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement the HR strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and manage investigations




• Lead recruitment initiatives and develop skills architecture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety
• Maintain HR records for ISO/IATF certification

Requirements:
• College degree or diploma in Human Resources
• 7-10 years HR experience, minimum 3 years in management
• Solid knowledge of Ontario Employment Law
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
