Reporting to the Manager of Supplier Operations, the Purchasing Analyst will oversee the execution of purchasing tasks, ensure material availability, and tackle inventory-related issues. Collaborate with various departments to support efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and monitor purchase orders and supplier agreements
• Ensure timely and complete delivery of materials
• Maintain data accuracy within ERP systems
• Track inventory levels and manage demand trends
• Resolve purchasing discrepancies effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or related area
• Minimum of 5 years in procurement or inventory management
