Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Business Development, you will direct strategic initiatives across recreation portfolios. Responsibilities include managing a team and implementing effective community programs that meet diverse needs. This role also emphasizes partnering with volunteers and other civic groups to foster inclusivity and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead departmental inclusion programs for diverse communities
• Establish operational standards for recreation service excellence
• Support marketing initiatives across functional areas




• Oversee community event planning and execution
• Direct recruitment and recognition of volunteer support

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Recreation or a related discipline
• 5 to 7 years in a supervisory role in recreation
• Comprehensive knowledge of programming methodologies
• Certification in Standard or Intermediate First Aid with CPR
• Familiarity with social services tailored to diverse populations
