Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee tax disbursement processes for mortgages
• Collect and manage tax bills, ensuring timely payments
• Track and document solicitor final reports post-funding
• Maintain compliance with PPSA renewals and changes
• Ensure accurate daily deposit reconciliations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage administration
• Knowledge of commercial legal documents
• Strong proficiency in loan servicing technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
