Key Responsibilities:
• Define and uphold FDE practice standards and roles
• Recruit and develop top talent in the FDE pool
• Facilitate performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Engage in AI projects to model best practices
• Partner with other departments to enforce consistent standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology or consulting
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing senior teams
• Proven track record in Manufacturing domains
• Expertise in ethical AI practices and resource management
