Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and direct nursing care provision
• Mentor, assess, and manage nursing staff performance
• Implement clinical best practices and evaluation programs




• Ensure compliance with safety and operational plans
• Participate in AgeCare corporate initiatives

Requirements:
• RN Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and CARNA status
• Leadership experience of 5 years in nursing
• Robust understanding of Long Term Care regulations
• Expertise in dementia care management
• Demonstrated ability in clinical decision making
