In this role, you’ll drive HR practices in alignment with business strategies to ensure a seamless employee experience. As a trusted advisor, your keen insights will influence recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, always prioritizing engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with retail leaders to implement HR strategies
• Lead recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
• Facilitate employee meetings and performance discussions
• Develop and implement talent and development programs
• Analyze and present HR metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• 7-10 years in HR Business Partner experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Robust understanding of labor legislation in Canada
• Proven recruitment and talent acquisition expertise
• Familiarity with HRIS such as Workday
