Become an essential part of Avio Aero's procurement team in Windsor, ON as a Full Time Buyer. Handle purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and ensure material quality and delivery.

This role, within the Procurement Department, requires a Bachelor's Degree and four years of purchasing experience. As a Buyer, you will collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer demands while sourcing current suppliers and managing supplier performance. Your contributions will directly support our commitment to quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Issue purchase orders and monitor workflow to subcontractors
• Prepare reports on supplier performance and metrics
• Balance supplier demand with inventory needs and customer requests




• Evaluate supplier quotations and assist in source selection
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable regarding billing issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or 4 years specific experience
• Minimum of 4 years of purchasing experience
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
