The Portfolio Analyst will maintain and analyze key performance data, support portfolio planning and facilitate communication with various teams. Your analytical skills will aid in validating data accuracy and preparing essential performance reports, ensuring smooth operation within Sobeys’ extensive portfolio system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure hygiene of capacity and demand data for teams
• Gather inputs for feasibility and impact assessments
• Update performance dashboards and KPIs
• Conduct bottleneck and constraint analyses
• Support continuous improvement of portfolio reporting

Requirements:
• Experience leading teams and managing portfolios
• Background in capacity planning and resource management
• Advanced skills in Planview software
• Strong analytical background with scenario analysis
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
