Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure accurate payroll processing for all employees
• Lead a team of payroll specialists to achieve goals
• Manage payroll compliance and reporting obligations
• Work with Finance on payroll-related reconciliations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of payroll experience with leadership
• Degree or diploma in relevant field
• Preferred PCP or CPM designation
• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
