As the Director of Care, you will oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s Northern, Southern, and Sacred Care Programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and evaluation of Care services
• Ensure alignment with First Nations’ objectives
• Create and assess resources for local families
• Track financial guidelines for the programs
• Maintain communication with the Executive Director
Requirements:
• MSW or BSW with over 5 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience of at least 3 years
• In-depth knowledge of Addiction and Trauma
• Ability to speak Anishinaabe preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass background checks
